This is a fantastic bespoke training establishment which has a large matted area, gym facilities, punch bags, training cage walls, changing room and recreational seating area with refreshments.
Established and developed to provide Oswestry with a facility to enhance the training of all martial arts, OMAC continues to grow and improve.
New for 2011 are changing rooms, a shower room and soon to be fitted, a sauna.
Fitness equipment is wide ranging from free weights, sandbags, CV machines (rower, runner, stepper etc.), kettlebells, hammer, resistance bands etc.
A full range of training supplements & vitamins are available for sale at OMAC along with the usual soft drinks, T-shirts and personal training equipment (gloves etc.).

Oswestry Martial Arts Centre is the ideal training location for Mixed Martial Arts. It boasts approximately 1000 square feet of mats, a custom built half cage, padded walls, a variety of hanging bags, floor bags, gloves, pads, protective equipment, round timer, jump ropes, agility training equipment etc etc
Freefighters MMA have made it their home with good reason and offers plenty of team training outside of normal class times when required for approaching competitions.
